How to send tracking emails from our domain via Shipsgo ?

You can send tracking notifications using your company’s email address.

To do this, the SMTP setup needs to be configured in the system. If you send the following details to support@shipsgo.com, we will set up SMTP for you as soon as possible:

Required Information  

  • Host:  
  • Port:  
  • Username (the email address you want the emails to be sent from):  
  • Password:  
  • Encryption (if any):  

Once setup is complete, all tracking notifications will be sent from your company’s email address. Test by sending a sample email to confirm everything works.
