How do I manage shipment email notifications ?

You can easily control who receives tracking notifications and alerts by selecting the relevant roles in your notification settings.

To enable notifications, simply check the boxes next to the roles you would like to include:

  1. Main Account

    When selected, notifications will be sent to the main account holder. This is the primary email address registered in your account.

  2. Creator

    If enabled, the user who created the tracking request will receive notifications. Please note that the creator of a shipment may be different from the main account owner.

  3. Followers

    When this option is selected, all email addresses added during the creation of the tracking request will receive notifications.

You can select one or multiple roles depending on your preference, ensuring the right people stay informed throughout the shipment lifecycle.
