API Usage Pricing
Use the Shipsgo API with an additional API subscription tailored to your business needs.
The Additional API Usage Fee is charged separately from shipment tracking credits and provides continued access to the Shipsgo API.
API Usage Fee: Customized based on your API usage and business requirements.
Tracking Credits: Purchased separately and used for each shipment tracking request.
To ensure the continued reliability, performance, and development of our API services, an API Usage Fee applies to API integrations.
For companies with 2,000+ shipments per year
Companies tracking 2,000 or more shipments annually are eligible for a one-time API Usage Fee of USD 500.
This is a one-time payment and is not charged annually.
For companies with fewer than 2,000 shipments per year
We understand that every business has different tracking volumes and requirements.
We support small and growing businesses with flexible API solutions tailored to their needs.
If your annual shipment volume is below 2,000 shipments, please contact our Sales Team at sales@shipsgo.com to discuss the most suitable option for your business.
