This API Usage fee helps us maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing API by supporting ongoing infrastructure maintenance, security enhancements, performance improvements, and the development of new features.

The annual fee covers access to the API, while tracking credits are used each time you create a shipment tracking request through the API or the dashboard.

Is the fee the same for every user ?

No. Since every business has different API usage and needs, the API Usage Fee is tailored to each user.

Your renewal email or invoice will include the fee applicable to your account.
