How to upload a container to Shipsgo without Knowing the Carrier

When uploading a shipment to Shipsgo, you may not always know the shipping line (carrier) at the time of creation. In this case, you can still proceed depending on your upload method.

  • Single Shipment Entry

Select “OTHERS” as the shipping line

Enter the container details as usual

This allows you to continue without needing to know the carrier in advance.

  • Bulk Upload via Excel

You can upload the shipment by entering “OTHERS” in the Carrier field.

  • API Integration

If you are using API V2, you do not need to select the shipping line just provide the SCAC code of the carrier.
