Shipment notifications not sent to followers

If followers are not receiving email notifications for your shipments, there are a few key points to check in the system.

First, please make sure that the follower email addresses have been correctly added to the shipment. Only users who are properly registered as followers will receive tracking notifications.

You can control this directly from the dashboard by opening the relevant shipment and checking the Followers section, as shown in the example below:

If the followers are correctly added but emails are still not being received, we recommend contacting our support team. We will review the shipment configuration and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
