Shipsgo does not switch between MBL and Booking numbers

In Shipsgo, tracking is performed based on the number entered during shipment creation.

If a shipment is created with an MBL number, the system tracks the shipment using that MBL number. If it is created with a Booking number, the system tracks it using the Booking number instead.

Shipsgo does not automatically search for an alternative Booking number or MBL number if the entered number does not return data from the carrier.
