Can multiple users use the same account ?

Yes, you can add multiple users to your account by creating sub-accounts.

To create a sub-account, simply send an invitation to the user by entering their email address and assigning a role. Once the invitation is accepted, the user can complete their registration and start accessing the account.

You can view and manage all sub-accounts from the Sub Accounts section. The main account has full visibility over all shipments, while sub-accounts can be assigned specific roles and permissions based on your needs.
