How long are credits valid ?

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Extend Your Credit Validity

To help you make the most of your credits, we offer a simple way to extend the validity of your remaining balance.

If you make a new credit purchase before your current credit validity period expires, and the new purchase is at least 50% of your most recent credit purchase, your remaining credits will be carried over to the next 12-month period.

Example:

You purchased 1,000 credits.

At the end of the 12-month validity period, you have 230 credits remaining.

Before your current validity period expires, you purchase 500 additional credits (50% of your previous 1,000-credit purchase).

Your 230 remaining credits are carried over to the new period.

Your new balance will therefore be 730 credits (230 carried-over + 500 newly purchased).

This allows you to continue using your remaining credits instead of losing them when the original validity period expires.
