Webhook retry mechanism

If your webhook endpoint responds with a server error or connection error occurs, we automatically retry delivery up to 3 additional times. This helps to prevent losting webhook events in case of temporary failures. Retries are based on the following schedule;

  • 1 minute after first failure.
  • 5 minutes after second failure.
  • 10 minutes after third failure (last attempt).

This approach helps ensure that temporary issues do not result in missed updates.
