Ocean shipment tracking period
We track shipments either until the Gate Out information is shared by the carrier, or up to 80 days after the discharge date, whichever comes first.
If the Gate out data is not provided within 80 days, the system automatically stops tracking because most carriers restrict data sharing after that period. This means we’re unable to retrieve any further updates beyond that time frame.
Therefore, tracking period has been optimally determined as 80 days.
Notes : If the carrier does not provide gate out information, tracking will stop after the shipment is discharged, as no further updates can be received beyond this stage.
