How often are tracking notifications sent ?

Notifications are sent only when there is a change or update in your shipment.

If there are no updates, the system continues to monitor your shipment regularly, but no notification is sent. This ensures you receive only relevant updates without unnecessary emails.

💡 “Not Released” notifications are sent every 5 days until the container is gate out.
