How Can I Understand If My Shipment Is Split ?

If your shipment split, there are a few easy ways to recognize it in the system.


When a shipment is split, a split indicator icon appears at the top of your tracking notifications, indicating that the shipment has been divided into multiple routes or legs.



You can also identify split shipments directly from your dashboard. By using the Split Shipment filter, you can quickly display and review all shipments that have been marked as split.


For API users, this information is available in the API response through the status_split field. If the shipment is split, the value will appear as true; otherwise, it will be false.
