How Are Early / Delay Dates Calculated ?

The Early / Delay date is calculated based on the difference between the first ETA announced for the shipment and its updated arrival.

For example, if the first ETA was 23/03/2026 and the shipment’s updated arrival is 06/04/2026, the system will show “10 Days Delay Occurred.”

You can also calculate this through the API response by comparing the Initial Date of Discharge and the Date of Discharge fields. The Initial Date of Discharge represents the first ETA shared by the carrier for the shipment.
