AWB Number Format

To enable air shipment tracking in our system, the Air Waybill (AWB) number is required. Please note that shipments cannot be tracked using the House Air Waybill (HAWB) number. Tracking is only possible with the 11-digit Master AWB number provided by the airline.

Each airline has a unique 3 digit IATA prefix, which our system uses to identify the carrier automatically.

For example, the IATA prefix of Turkish Cargo is 235, so the AWB number should be in a format similar to: 235-12345678 (or 23512345678).

Once you have the AWB number, you can add your shipment to Shipsgo using one of the available tracking methods.
