| Untracked | Tracking has stopped due to lack of updates for a certain period. |
| Follower | An email recipient who receives automatic shipment notifications. |
| Tags | Labels used to categorize and filter shipments in your dashboard. Tags help organize shipments by client, route, priority, or custom criteria. |
| API | Application Programming Interface that allows you to integrate Shipsgo tracking into your own system and automate shipment management. |
| Webhook | A real-time notification method that automatically sends shipment updates to your system when new events occur. |
