When you enter a container, MBL, booking, or AWB number, tracking starts automatically. The system validates the number and begins collecting available carrier events.

New updates appear on your dashboard, are accessible via the API, and can be delivered through webhooks. If the carrier publishes new information, Shipsgo updates the shipment accordingly and notifies you via email.
