What is Shipment Reference ?


You can enter any value that helps you recognize and manage your shipments. It may include numbers, letters, or a combination of both.


Reference number can be minimum 5 and maximum 128 characters long.


The Shipment Reference is used as the subject line of notification emails sent by Shipsgo.

Updating the Reference


The reference number can be updated anytime from the dashboard or through the API update the shipment endpoint.
