How Credits Work

• 1 shipment tracking = credit consumption
• Ocean and Air tracking may consume different credit amounts
• Credits are deducted when tracking is initiated
• Duplicate shipment rules prevent unnecessary credit usage

API Call Limits

If you need higher limits for automation or high-volume operations, please contact our team.

Trial Accounts

Trial accounts include a limited number of credits.

Once credits are used, tracking will stop until additional credits are purchased.

Invoices & Billing

Invoices are generated automatically after purchase.

Billing details and invoice history can be accessed from your dashboard.
